课程改革的成败关键在教师,只有教师切实转变教育教学行为,进一步提高自身业务水平,课程改革这一宏伟工程才能得以顺利实施。实施新课程以来,我校以校本教研工作为关键,探索培训、教研、科研三位一体的研究机制,在促进教师专业化发展,构建学习型学校方面做了一些有益尝试。
The key to the success or failure of curriculum reform lies in teachers. Only when teachers can effectively change their teaching and learning behaviors and further improve their own professional standards can the successful implementation of the grand project of curriculum reform be implemented. Since the implementation of the new curriculum, our school has taken the school-based teaching and research work as the key to explore a three-in-one research mechanism of training, teaching and research and scientific research, and made some useful attempts to promote the professional development of teachers and build learning-based schools.
