近期,湖北省总工会困难职工帮扶中心(以下简称“帮扶中心”)先后举办了三期下岗失业人员定向技能培训班,共培训安置下岗失业人员330人。通过开展定向培训,将培训与就业相结合,初步探索出了一条开展定向培训,实现定向就业的新路子,有效地促进了下岗失业人员特别是“4050”人员再就业。在开展定向培训之前,帮扶中心即上门与相关用人单位联系,一方面向他们宣传全国、全省再就业工作会议精神和有关企业吸纳下岗失业人员的优惠政策,一方面为他们推荐介绍
