I am 77 years old and have retired for more than 10 years. I have made diet an important part of elderly health, becoming a hobby and a pleasure, and have achieved success in practice. I am now “three not high”, blood pressure, blood lipids and blood sugar are not excessive, no abnormal internal organs, good appetite, good sleep (sleep within ten minutes), good looks, are “old and thin” type of healthy elderly.
