During the course of lectures, we often see this phenomenon: Some teachers divide students into “key points” and “non-key points”. Whether they ask questions in classrooms, specify board games, or other “major events” in class, they are happy to let Those obedient and well-educated “key students” do a lot of “non-key” students to “stand by” and do not show their own opportunities. Teachers prefer a small number of students, while alienating other students is not conducive to mobilizing students’ enthusiasm for learning. The bilateral activities of teaching and learning cannot be conducted in a harmonious atmosphere, which affects the completion of teaching tasks.
