近年来,钢丝绳检测技术发展迅速,现在采用的电磁检测仪使用极为方便,已经成为检测钢丝绳的重要工具(有时是必不可少的).用这种仪器检测获得的数据能对诸如金属截面积损失(LMA)等与钢丝绳安全性相关的参数进行定量评估;同时也能为我们分析钢丝绳的工作状况,确定其使用寿命提供依据.本文论述了现代无损检测法在评估运行钢丝绳安全性问题中的应用。
In recent years, the rapid development of wire rope testing technology, the use of electromagnetic detectors now very easy to use, has become an important tool for testing rope (sometimes necessary). The data obtained with this instrument can detect such as metal cross-sectional area loss (LMA) and other parameters related to the safety of the wire rope, and also provide a basis for us to analyze the working condition and determine the service life of the wire rope.This paper discusses the application of modern nondestructive testing method in the assessment of the safety of the running wire rope .
