为了适应锅炉现场的实际情况,有效地进行诊断系统的开发,设计并建立了一个可以模拟锅炉实际运行的锅炉数据支撑平台。该平台采用网络客户/服务器方式设计,用于创建并维护锅炉系统的各种数据库,包括历史数据库、结构数据库、组态数据库、故障数据库等。平台可对锅炉系统的各种故障以数据的形式模拟、再现,并以数据公告板的方式实现对分布式诊断、协作诊断等高级诊断方法的支持。经过仿真试验,平台能够很好地模拟锅炉现场的实际情况,并能提供故障诊断系统调试所需数据。本数据平台可支持锅炉诊断系统的开发、调试,挂接各种诊断模块并连接锅炉的实际数据后,即形成一个完整的锅炉在线诊断系统。
In order to adapt to the actual situation of the boiler site, the development of the diagnostic system is effectively carried out. A boiler data support platform that simulates the actual operation of the boiler is designed and established. The platform is designed using a web client / server approach to create and maintain a variety of boiler system databases, including historical, structural, configuration and fault databases. The platform can simulate and reproduce various faults of the boiler system in the form of data, and support the advanced diagnosis methods such as distributed diagnosis and collaborative diagnosis by means of data bulletin board. After the simulation test, the platform can well simulate the actual situation of the boiler site, and provide the data needed for fault diagnosis system debugging. This data platform supports the development, commissioning, installation of various diagnostic modules and connection of boiler actual data to the boiler diagnostic system to form a complete on-line boiler diagnostic system.
