目的了解杭州市中小学生营养不良现状及特点,为探讨预防对策提供依据。方法对2010年全国学生体质调研杭州地区的数据进行分析,使用1995年中国儿童青少年体质量指数(BMI)筛查生长迟滞和消瘦,并以此评价营养不良状况。结果 2010年杭州7~18岁学生营养不良检出率在1.41%~14.09%之间,以消瘦型营养不良为主,占87.76%。营养不良检出率女生高于男生,乡村男生高于城市男生,并随年龄增大呈逐步升高趋势。结论 2010年杭州市高年龄组学生、女生以及乡村男生的营养不良问题突出,需重点关注。
Objective To understand the status quo and characteristics of malnutrition among primary and secondary school students in Hangzhou and to provide basis for the prevention measures. Methods The data of 2010 National Student Physical Fitness Survey in Hangzhou were analyzed. The growth retardation and emaciation were screened by 1995 Chinese Children and Teenagers Body Mass Index (BMI) to evaluate malnutrition status. Results In 2010, the prevalence of malnutrition among students aged 7-18 years in Hangzhou was between 1.41% and 14.09%. The main reason was malnourished patients, accounting for 87.76%. The prevalence of malnutrition in girls was higher than that in boys, boys in rural areas were higher than boys in urban areas, and gradually increased with age. Conclusion The problems of malnutrition of high school students, girls and rural boys in Hangzhou in 2010 are outstanding and need to be focused.
