目的研究汽化过氧化氢消毒装置对密闭空间环境消毒效果及其物料相容性。方法采用载体定量和定性杀菌试验方法,对某汽化过氧化氢消毒装置模拟现场消毒效果及其对物料兼容性进行观察。结果在20 m~3气雾室内以空气中过氧化氢浓度为1 800 mg/m~3,启动该汽化过氧化氢消毒装置运行作用15 min,对各个位置载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭对数值均>6.0;在57 m~3P3级生物安全实验室内以同样浓度过氧化氢和在130 m~3普通会议室内空气中过氧化氢浓度为2 400 mg/m~3,启动该汽化过氧化氢消毒装置作用60 min,各部位载体上达到无菌生长。在气雾室内相对湿度<50%、空气中过氧化氢浓度为1 800 mg/m~3,每次启动汽化过氧化氢消毒装置作用60 min,连续作用72次,对4种金属片基本无腐蚀;经12次试验,对碳钢手术刀片和手术剪刀无腐蚀,对纺织品无损坏。结论该汽化过氧化氢消毒装置对密闭环境载体上细菌芽孢能达到完全杀灭,对金属无腐蚀性,对纺织品无损坏性。
