目的 观察具有多种生物活性的葫芦素BE对口腔鳞癌细胞的杀伤作用。方法 用四唑盐显色法(MTT法 )检测人舌低分化鳞癌 (Tca8113)和人颊高分化鳞癌 (BcaCD885 )细胞系对葫芦素BE的敏感性实验。结果 葫芦素BE对两种癌细胞系均有较高的相对抗肿瘤活性 (RAA值分别为 345、14 8)。结论 实验结果为葫芦素BE治疗口腔癌的进一步研究提供了重要的依据
Objective To observe the killing effect of cucurbitacin BE with multiple biological activities on oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods MTT assay was used to detect the sensitivity of cucurbitacin BE in human tongue poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma (Tca8113) and human buccal well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma (BcaCD885) cell lines. Results Cucurbitacin BE had higher relative antitumor activity against both cancer cell lines (RAA values 345 and 148, respectively). Conclusion The results of the experiment provide an important basis for the further study of cucurbitacin BE in the treatment of oral cancer
