以往脂肪组织被认为是单纯的能量储存组织,近十几年越来越多证据表明脂肪组织是非常重要的内分泌器官.脂肪组织分泌的许多细胞因子如脂联素、肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-a)、瘦素等与胰岛素抵抗(IR)密切关联.脂联素对于维持胰岛素敏感性与正常的糖代谢是必需的,瘦素能抑制胰岛素分泌,TNF-a的分泌与胰岛素调节的糖代谢存在高度负相关.同时亦有一些细胞因子与IR的关系有待证实.本文章就脂肪细胞因子与胰岛素抵抗之间关系进行综述.
