省人民委员会同意省计划委员会、财政厅、劳动局、人民银行省分行“关于在企业、事业单位和国家机关中试行工资基金管理的报告”和制定的“关于工资基金管理试行办法”。现随文转发你们,希贯彻执行。工资基金管理是监督劳动计划贯彻执行的一种重要手段。建立全省范围内统一的工资基金管理制度,对于加强计划管理,贯彻执行国家劳动计划,促进生产建设事业的更大跃进,都有积极的意义。由于这是一项新的工作,还缺乏经验,执行中可能遇到一些困难和问题。因此,各专署、各市、县人民委员会应加强统一领导,作出妥善安排,切实做好组织工作和思想工作。并将执行情况和存在问题及时报告省劳动局、省分行研究改进,以保证该项工作顺利进行,并不断趋于完善。
