为了获得连续采煤机截割臂的受力分布情况,在连续采煤机截割臂关键位置测试振动加速度,根据加速度随机信号进行了振动特性分析,比较各个测点的统计特征如均方值和标准差等得到了振动较为剧烈的连采机截割臂位置。依据振动固有频率以及阻尼比识别,采用时域识别方法,得到了截割臂测点的载荷时间历程和自功率谱密度函数,分析表明截割臂与机架铰接点处振动载荷较大,上覆盖件中间位置振动载荷较小。
