Strobilurins类化合物具有优异的杀菌活性,设计并合成了12个未见文献报道的含肟醚Strobilurins类衍生物,其化学结构经1HNMR,IR,HPLC/MS和元素分析表征.初步生物活性测定结果表明,该类化合物具有良好的杀菌活性,如6b~6d和6h在500μg/mL浓度下对小麦白粉病菌的防效达90%以上,同时,6c和6d对稻瘟病菌的抑制率也达90%以上,其中,化合物6c在25μg/mL的浓度下,对小麦白粉病菌的防效仍达72%.
