本文主要是研究我市551名健康小学生7-11岁各年龄组与整体的发锌含量值和对154名低锌(低于110ppm为正常值下限)小学生中的135名小学生补锌的疗效观察。结果表明7—11岁各年龄组发锌值为(90.7ppm-170ppm)之间,均值132ppm,标准差为29.9ppm,与大中城市同龄小学生比较略低些。同年龄组男、女发锌值,除11岁有明显差异,其它各组差异不明显。从各年龄组低锌率来看,低锌154名小学生,低锌率为27.95%,11岁组低于其他各组,经x检验,各年龄组男、女差异不显著。对135例缺锌小学生采取“有机锌速溶弹粒”制剂进行三个月/疗程的疗效观察。复检结果是,提高人数111名,有效率达82.22%。男、女锌补充有效率差异不显著。锌元素含量虽少,但对人体起到重要作用,防止缺锌引起的疾病,必须克服不良饮食习惯,经常改善饮食结构,必要时补充有机锌剂可起到一定效果。
