刹车闸瓦材料摩擦磨损性能的好坏直接影响到高速列车的运行安全。本文在摩擦试验机上测试了自制的铜基粉末列车闸瓦材料在不同刹车压力条件下的摩擦磨损特性。结果表明:随着刹车压力增大,摩擦系数和表面温度均呈增大趋势;刹车压力8 MPa以后形成的氧化薄膜起到了润滑作用,使摩擦系数趋于稳定。
Brake shoe material friction and wear properties of a direct impact on the safety of high-speed train operation. This paper tests the friction and wear characteristics of self-made copper-based powder train brake shoe materials under different brake pressures on the friction tester. The results show that the friction coefficient and the surface temperature increase with the increase of brake pressure. The oxidation film formed after the brake pressure of 8 MPa has lubricated, and the friction coefficient tends to be stable.
