中国科学院日前在上海宣布,根据中科院知识创新工程试点工作总体部署和上海高技术领域有关研究所改革与结构调整的进展,中国科学院已经批准启动上海高技术研究发展基地知识创新工程试点工作。中国科学院有关领导认为,基地的运行将为我国创新体系的建设做出探索。中国科学院上海高技术研究发展基地由上海冶金研究所、上海硅酸盐研究所、上海有机化学研究所、上海光学精密机械研究所、上海技术物理研究所等五个研究所组成。这些研究所经过几代科技人员的共同努力,已经在信息技术、新材料、化学合成、微电子、激光、红外技术等领域,形成了一支实力很强的研究与开发队伍,并取得了一批国际水平的研究成果,为我国高技术发展以及为地方的经济建设做出了重要
