肿瘤干细胞是近年来肿瘤研究的一个新热点,它具有强大的自我更新和致瘤能力,以及细胞分化潜能。肿瘤干细胞理论指出,肿瘤可能是由肿瘤干细胞产生的。利用干细胞特有的SP表型,通过流式细胞仪分选是发现肿瘤干细胞的主要方法,并已在造血系统肿瘤和多种实体瘤中证实其存在。肿瘤干细胞可能经基因突变、异常不对称分裂和细胞融合等过程而产生。肿瘤干细胞对放化疗不敏感,而发展针对肿瘤干细胞的检测和杀伤,可能为肿瘤的诊断和治疗带来希望。
Cancer stem cells in recent years, a new hot spot in the study, it has a strong self-renewal and tumorigenicity, and cell differentiation potential. Cancer stem cell theory suggests that tumors may be produced by cancer stem cells. Using stem cell-specific SP phenotypes, sorting by flow cytometry is the primary method of discovering cancer stem cells and has confirmed its presence in hematopoietic tumors and various solid tumors. Cancer stem cells may be gene mutation, abnormal asymmetric division and cell fusion process. Cancer stem cells are not sensitive to radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and the development of detection and killing of cancer stem cells may bring hope for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
