目前,职业教育与社会经济发展联系紧密,对社会经济发展的促动作用更加突出,中等职业教育是职业教育必不可少的组成部分,承担为社会输出初、中级技术人员及技术工人的重任。但是传统中等职业教育人才培养模式存在一些问题,单纯以学校为主体开展中等职业教育已经呈现出许多弊端,具体表现为:教师以书本为主,缺乏企业实践经验;学生毕业后无法胜任工作岗位需要;校企合作缺乏有效合作机制。在这种情况下,我校在学校内尝试实行现代学徒制人才
