家庭和幼儿园是幼儿生活、学习的主要场地。教育实践证明:家长和教师的密切配合,能促进孩子的健康成长。通过学习《纲要》,我意识到:要有效达到家园同步、共育,只有通过各种途径,使幼儿园与家庭建立一种合作、对话、一致、互补的关系,在双向互动中,逐步唤醒家长的主体意识,转变其教育观念,提升其教养水平,才能真正做到家园携手、共育幼儿。为此,我谈谈自己的一些看法。一、双向沟通,促进和谐每个教师都知道,幼儿在家庭中的已有经验非常重要。
