用2450MHz微波激发静态体系纯甲烷反应是低温等离子反应。在甲烷压力为255~665Pa范围内,考察了微波功率及辐照时间对产物相对含量的影响。反应产物用四极质谱仪检测。结果表明,甲烷裂解反应的主要产物是乙炔、乙烯和氢,还有少量联乙炔、乙烷及苯等。在此甲烷压力范围内,选择合适的微波功率及辐照时间,甲烷的转化率可达75%,产物中乙炔的相对含量达65%以上。文中并对裂解反应的主要机理进行了讨论。
Static system excited by 2450MHz microwave Pure methane reaction is a low temperature plasma reaction. Under the pressure of 255 ~ 665Pa, the influence of microwave power and irradiation time on the relative content of the product was investigated. The reaction product was detected by quadrupole mass spectrometry. The results show that the main products of methane cracking reaction are acetylene, ethylene and hydrogen, and a small amount of diacetylene, ethane and benzene. In this range of methane pressure, choose the appropriate microwave power and irradiation time, the methane conversion rate of up to 75%, the product of acetylene relative content of more than 65%. The main mechanism of the cleavage reaction is discussed in this paper.
