大四那年寒假,同系的一位学长介绍我去苏州一家电子公司实习。一下火车,我在迎面而来的湿冷中打了一个大喷嚏,感觉冷得要命。学长带我去吃爆鱼面,碗里有汤还有面,面上搁了一大块鱼和少许青菜。用鱼块来配面条,这对于我来说还是第一次。我尝了尝鱼肉,酥酥的,有腌过的味道。面条细长柔滑,红色的汤里漂着葱油,鲜香中还带了一丝丝的甜味。这碗味道、卖相非常不错的苏州面,不仅驱走了我身上的寒意,也给了我不一样的味蕾体验。
