本文归納总結了用分析法簡化气动控制回路的原理和步驟。按照本文所介紹酌方法能保証所设计的气动控制回路控制信号元件数量最少。控制回路优化的关鍵是合併減少排除干扰信号所需的辅助控制信号元件和用原有的辅助控制信号元件代替所需的辅助控制信号元件来排除干扰信号的干扰段。本文介紹了用分析法合併和取代輔助控制信号元件的主要原則,并用簡单的数学关系式表示这些原則。文章的最后一部分还列举了三个典型实例,具体說明如何运用这些原則来簡化控制气路。本方法不仅可用来设計气动回路,而且还可用来检查和优化已有的气动回路。
This paper summarizes the principle and procedure of simplifying the pneumatic control loop with the analysis method. According to the method described in this paper to ensure that the design of the pneumatic control loop control signal components to a minimum. The key to the control loop optimization is to eliminate the interfering segments of the interfering signals by combining the auxiliary control signal elements required to reduce the interfering signals and replacing the required auxiliary control signal elements with the existing auxiliary control signal elements. This article describes the main principles of using analytic methods to incorporate and replace auxiliary control signaling components and to represent these principles in a simple mathematical relationship. The last part of the article also cites three typical examples of how to apply these principles to simplify control of the gas path. This method not only can be used to design the pneumatic circuit, but also can be used to check and optimize the existing pneumatic circuit.
