本文给出了在各种情况下组合凹模内径收缩量的计算公式,根据计算公式,可得出三层组合四模在中、外层予应力圈组合后的内径收缩量。因而可在中外层予应力圈组合后不经磨削而连续与凹模压合,这样可避免目前不少工厂因组合时实际过盈量大而产生的模具强度下降或甚至开裂的情况,从而使组合凹模的强度和寿命以及挤压件精度均得到应有的提高。 此外,本文还阐述了根据产品产量,模具材料的不同以及热处理情况如何正确选择合理的半径比及压合过盈量。并制成图表便于实际应用。
