1 病例介绍 女性,33岁。无诱因出现头痛、低热伴呕吐胃内容物一月余入院。发病后有多次癫痫发作,表现为突发意识丧失,口吐白沫,四肢抽搐,4～5分钟后自行缓解。入院前半小时感左侧肢体麻木,不能行走。10个月前有左耳外耳道流脓病史。入院查体:神清,右耳听力下降,双侧腹壁反射、肱二头肌反射及腹膜反射减弱,病理征未引出。CT检查:平扫示右侧颞叶前端类圆形病灶,直径4cm,病灶前半为均匀略高密度,CT值48HU,后半为低密度。增强扫
