利用直流电抗器获得方波交流电流的工频弧焊电源主电路如图1所示。其基本工作原理是依靠 L 的滤波作用,在单相桥式可控整流器的直流侧获得脉动很小的整流电流,如交流侧没有阻碍电流突变的电感,那么交流电流的波形就近于矩形。同时,利用对晶闸管 T_1~T_4的反馈控制,即可得到所需的静态外特性。这种电源的主要优点,是大大提高了交流电流通过零值时的变化率,从而提高了交流电弧燃烧的稳定性,有可能使电源空载电
