节能减排是实现社会可持续发展的重要保证,是我国当前高度关注的一项工作。化学工业在为国民经济发展中提供了重要基础原材料,但同时也消耗了大量能源,成为“三废”排放最严重的行业之一,是国家节能减排行动重点关注的行业。在化工生产从原料到产品的整个过程中,始终伴随着能量的转换、利用、回收等环节,所以如何实现节能降耗显得尤为重要。化工过程的节能降耗设计符合化工企业的可持续发展之路,同时可以降低生产成本,减少环境污染。在简述化工节能意义的基础上,透过化工过程能耗分析,介绍了化工企业常见的节能措施,并举例说明了节能所取得的效益。
Energy conservation and emission reduction is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of society and is a current high degree of concern to our country. The chemical industry provides an important basic raw material for the development of the national economy, but at the same time, it consumes a large amount of energy and becomes one of the most polluting industries in the “three wastes”. It is also a key industry concerned by China’s energy conservation and emission reduction activities. In chemical production from raw materials to products throughout the process, always accompanied by energy conversion, utilization, recycling and other sectors, so how to achieve energy saving is particularly important. Energy-saving chemical process design in line with the chemical company’s sustainable development, while reducing production costs and reduce environmental pollution. On the basis of a brief description of the meaning of chemical energy-saving, this paper introduces the common energy-saving measures of chemical industry through the analysis of energy consumption in chemical process, and illustrates the benefits of energy-saving.
