葡萄糖注射液含量测定通常有两种方法:即旋光法与碘量法。两种方法各有利弊:旋光法仪器价格高,基层医院不宜购买;碘量法操作复杂费时,不易掌握。自八○年以来,我们采用比重法直接测量葡萄糖溶液的比重,根据比重值即可得知葡萄糖溶液的含量。本法操作简便迅速,3~5分钟即可得出结果。适宜于药房快速含量测定。下面将实验方法和具体操作介绍如下: 1.原理与实验我们利用葡萄糖溶液随其浓度的升高而比重增加的原理,分别测定出25℃时不同浓度葡萄糖溶液的比重值。(见表1)。
