日本缀锦蛤(Tapes japonica)和紫贻贝(Mytil(?)s ed(?)lis)这些双壳类的鲜肉,经常在精养对虾中被用做饵料。这些贝类本身就含有大量的糖元。根据这个事实,由当代科技人员配制的,投喂对虾的精制饵料中,增加了做为碳水化合物来源的糖元。然而,糖元是不是对虾精料中碳水化合物来源最理想的成分,以前还没有被证实过。在这个研究中,主要解决的是,各种类型的碳水化合物,象淀粉、糊精、葡萄糖和蔗糖,在对虾成长及饵料效率方面的影响,以及用含糖元的精制饵料和上述的每一种成分相比较,从而选择和探索对虾食物中最合乎要求,最理想的碳水化合物的来源。
Tapes japonica and Mytil? S ed (?) Lis are fresh bivalves that are often used as bait in intensive shrimp. These shellfish themselves contain a lot of glycogen. According to this fact, glycogen, which is a source of carbohydrates, has been added to the refined feed for shrimp prepared by contemporary scientists. However, glycogen is not the most ideal source of carbohydrate in shrimp concentrate and has not been previously confirmed. In this research, the main solutions are the effects of various types of carbohydrates, such as starch, dextrin, glucose and sucrose, on shrimp growth and feed efficiency, as well as the use of sugar-containing refined bait and each of the above Species of ingredients compared to select and explore the shrimp food the most desirable and ideal source of carbohydrates.
