介绍了基于IPC与SCM设计实验室报警系统,利用单片机采集数字与模拟信号,通过RS232与RS485总线将信息上传至PC,并使用VisualBasic编写上位人机交互界面反映实时状况。当出现异常时,通过声光报警与手机短消息提醒通知相关人员。此系统既提高了实验室安全性,也减少了很多不必要的人工投入。
The alarm system based on IPC and SCM design laboratory is introduced. The digital and analog signals are collected by using single chip microcomputer. The information is uploaded to PC through RS232 and RS485 bus, and the host computer interface written by Visual Basic is used to reflect the real - time situation. When an exception occurs, notify the relevant personnel through sound and light alarm and mobile phone short message reminding. This system not only improves laboratory safety but also reduces a lot of unnecessary manual labor.
