Since taking office last year, Wayne Wain embarked on a major surgery on Alcatel-Lucent early this year. He adjusted the strategic focus of Alcatel-Lucent to innovative communications services centered on the Internet - Web 2.0, Web 3.0 and its successors - and adopted a series of major revisions.
