最近,广州市劳动争议仲裁委员会和广州市司法局联合发布《劳动争议仲裁法律援助工作若干规定》,对经济确有困难的职工申请劳动争议仲裁,可给予减免仲裁费用和提供法律援助。该规定对以下四类职工申请劳动争议仲裁时,经济和生活确有困难的,可向劳动争议仲裁机构申请减免仲裁费,也可向法律援助机构申请法律援助。一是追索劳动报酬(不包括加班工资);二是追索工伤医疗费、残疾补偿金等工伤待遇;三是职工为残疾人、精神病人的;四是职工及其家属经济状况符合当地政府
