众所周知冷藏库库温与存贮冻结食品外观和营养成份的质量指数成反比。因此,随着能源价格的猛涨,近四年来冷藏行业的人们想方设法在不提高库温的条下,减少制冷装置能量消耗。节约制冷装置的能耗基本上依赖认真细致地操作各类运转设备,但是改善冷藏库的性能设计也是可以节约能耗的。而对今天能源价格的现实,合理地考虑在夜间关闭动力,也可以把库温升到高于通常的-24℃
