目的比较两种不同判定标准对压力蒸汽灭菌指示卡鉴定结果的影响。方法通过压力蒸汽灭菌生物指示剂检测器检测方法,对5个不同品牌压力蒸汽灭菌化学指示卡检测结果依据两种不同标准进行结果评价。结果依照2002年版《消毒技术规范》设计的3组梯度检测的5个品牌5种132℃和5种121℃压力蒸汽灭菌化学指示卡,分别在132℃,3 min和121℃,20 min饱和蒸汽下,第1组变色合格,在缩短时间和降低温度的第2和3组变色不合格,检测结果与生物指示剂结果一致。依照GB18282.1-2000多变量指示物(四类)附加要求设计的2组梯度检测的相同化学指示卡,均在132℃,3 min和121℃,20 min饱和蒸汽下第1组变色合格,在降低温度的第2组变色不合格,检测结果与生物指示剂结果一致。结论两种标准判定压力蒸汽灭菌化学指示卡检测结果,2002年版《消毒技术规范》设计的3组实验更有利于影响因素的观察。
Objective To compare the effects of two different criteria on the identification results of pressure steam sterilization indicator card. Methods By means of pressure steam sterilization biological indicator detection method, the results of five different brands of steam sterilization chemical indicator card were evaluated according to two different standards. Results According to the 3 sets of 5 sets of gradient test designed by 2002 Disinfection Technical Specification, five kinds of 132 ℃ and 5 kinds of 121 ℃ pressure steam sterilization chemical indicator cards were saturated at 132 ℃, 3 min and 121 ℃ respectively for 20 min Under the steam, the first group discolors qualified, and the discoloration of groups 2 and 3 in shortening the time and lowering the temperature is unqualified, and the test result is consistent with the biological indicator. In accordance with GB18282.1-2000 Multivariable Indicators (four categories) additional requirements of the design of the two sets of gradient detection of the same chemical indicator card, were 132 ℃, 3 min and 121 ℃, saturated steam at 20 min group 1 pass the color change, In the second group to reduce the temperature discoloration failed, the test results consistent with the biological indicator results. Conclusions The results of two kinds of standards to determine the results of the pressure steam sterilization chemical indicator card test, and the three sets of experiments designed in the 2002 edition of “Disinfection Technical Specification” are more conducive to the observation of influencing factors.
