碳氢燃料的传热特性对于再生冷却超燃发动机的传热设计至关重要。采用电热管开展了正十烷的传热特性实验,燃料压力约4.0MPa。利用一维流动的质量和能量守恒关系,对管道内燃料的传热进行了分析。采用多元线性回归的方法获得了正十烷在湍流区的传热关联式,通过外壁温的计算与测量的对比,验证了实验获得的湍流传热关联式的适用性。
The heat transfer characteristics of hydrocarbon fuels are crucial to the heat transfer design of regeneratively-cooled super-combustion engines. An electric heating tube was used to test the heat transfer characteristics of n-decane. The fuel pressure was about 4.0MPa. The heat transfer of fuel in the pipeline is analyzed by the one-dimensional flow of mass and energy conservation. The correlation of heat transfer between n-decane and turbulent zone was obtained by multivariate linear regression method. Comparing the calculation and measurement of the outer wall temperature, the applicability of the experimental correlation of turbulent heat transfer was verified.
