通过研究不同级配(悬浮密实级配和骨架密实级配)和不同压实标准(重型击实和振动压实)下的水泥稳定碎石材料性能发现:在相同的集料级配下,采用振动压实取代重型击实作为压实标准,可以提高水泥稳定碎石的材料性能。而级配对水泥稳定碎石材料强度的影响则分两种情况:在重型击实的压实标准下,采用骨架密实级配会降低材料的强度;在振动压实的压实标准下,采用骨架密实级配可以提高材料的强度。
By studying the properties of cement-stabilized macadam materials under different grading (suspended compaction gradation and skeleton compaction gradation) and different compaction standards (heavy compaction and vibration compaction), it was found that under the same aggregate gradation, Vibration compaction instead of heavy compaction as a compaction standard, can improve the material properties of cement stabilized macadam. However, the effect of gradation on the strength of cement-stabilized macadam material can be divided into two situations: the compact gradation of the skeleton will reduce the strength of the material under the compaction standard of heavy compaction; and under the compaction standard of vibration compaction, the skeleton Dense gradation can increase the strength of the material.
