以氨甲基聚苯乙烯树脂为原料,与固体三光气反应得到异氰酰基甲基聚苯乙烯树脂(methylisocyanate polystyrene resins,PS-NCO)。PS-NCO的功能基含量采用与过量二正丁胺反应后酸碱滴定的测定方法;着重考察了空气湿度对异氰酰基的影响。结果表明,氨甲基转化为异氰酰基甲基的反应快速、简便,转化率较高;酸碱滴定测定载体树脂的异氰酰基含量,树脂与二正丁胺反应1h即可滴定测定,干PS-NCO载体树脂在不同空气湿度下放置7~21d,对异氰酰基的影响不大。
Aminomethyl polystyrene resin was used as a raw material to react with triphosgene to obtain methylisocyanate polystyrene resins (PS-NCO). The functional group content of PS-NCO was determined by acid-base titration after reaction with excess di-n-butylamine. The effect of air humidity on isocyanato was emphatically investigated. The results showed that the conversion of aminomethyl to isocyanatomethyl was fast, simple and the conversion rate was high. The isocyanato content of the carrier resin was determined by acid-base titration. The resin was reacted with di-n-butylamine PS-NCO carrier resin placed in different air humidity 7 ~ 21d, little effect on isocyanato.
