青年员工的职业心理需求及变化,在供电企业实际工作中越来越被重视和关注。找到青年员工与企业共同发展、进步的平衡点,可以实现企业与青年员工的双赢,为企业储备年轻而坚实的人力资源,从而有利于构建一强三优的现代企业。青年员工是电力企业的主体,也是企业中最为活跃和富有创造力的人力资源。青年职工的职业心理需求问题成为当下企业管理中经常遇到的难题,也越来越被基层企业所重视和关注。了解和探索青年员工的职业心理需求,通过合理有效的手段满足要求,调动其工作积极性,发挥年轻人的主动性和创造性,是一个值得思考和探索的问题。
