应用人工神经网络建立下游枯季迳流预测的BP神经网络模型。在此基础上 ,针对上游不同的来水水平 ,在确保下游不出现断流情况下 ,应用BP神经网络模型反算下游引黄量 ,据此提出花园口水文站来水量和下游引水量组合方案 ,可为黄河流域水资源的统一调度、管理 ,尤其是预防黄河下游再次出现断流提供科学依据
Application of Artificial Neural Network to Establish BP Nerve Network Model for Forecasting Dry Season Migration in Downstream. On this basis, in view of the different incoming water levels in the upper reaches, the BP neural network model was used to back-calculate the amount of yellowing in the downstream under the condition of ensuring no downstream flow interruptions. Based on this, a combination plan of water flow at Huayuankou Hydrological Station and water diversion at the downstream , Which can provide a scientific basis for the unified regulation and management of water resources in the Yellow River Basin, especially for preventing the recurrence of flow in the lower reaches of the Yellow River
