本文提出一种“软仪表”组态法来实现复杂控制回路的生成。它是把各种算式和功能模块化,做成“软仪表”,用户只要填入适当的组态字,象常规模拟仪表一样连接起来。而且“软仪表”的连接可直接在CRT屏幕上进行,不需要另加任何硬件和软件。本法比常用的过程控制语言、会话型表格语言等组态方法具有形式简单,直观醒目,使用方便等优点。经有关工厂实际使用,效果良好。
This paper presents a “soft instrument” configuration method to achieve the generation of complex control loops. It is modular and functional modules, made of “soft instrument”, the user simply fill in the appropriate configuration of words, like conventional analog instruments connected together. And “soft instrument” connection can be carried out directly on the CRT screen, do not need any additional hardware and software. This method than the common process control language, conversation form language and other configuration methods have the form of simple, intuitive and eye-catching, easy to use and so on. After the actual use of the factory, the effect is good.
