连续脉冲冲击震动可改变煤体中瓦斯的赋存状态,改善煤层的渗透性,提高瓦斯抽采效率。通过实验室模拟含瓦斯煤体,气体释放速度在连续脉冲冲击震动影响时间内提升30%以上。设计了一种适用于煤矿井下操作,瞬时能量可达60 k J能量的连续脉冲冲击震动装置,在已布置了6个“下向”辐射状穿层负压瓦斯抽采试验孔的煤层中进行试验,结果表明:监测的钻孔气体流量及浓度均有提高,实际瓦斯抽采效率提高了约56%,有效影响衰减时间约54 min。
