采用高效液相色谱梯度洗脱法同时测定阿魏酸和天麻苷的含量,以C18-ODS为色谱柱,甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,阿魏酸和天麻苷的检测波长分别为323nm、270nm,柱温:25℃。结果表明阿魏酸在0.09-0.9μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),天麻苷在0.85-8.5μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),测得滴丸中阿魏酸含量3.72mg.g-1,天麻苷含量4.28 mg.g0-1。本实验在30m in一次进行测定复方天麻滴丸中两个标志性成分,简便、快速、结果可靠。
The content of ferulic acid and gastrodine was determined simultaneously by high performance liquid chromatography gradient elution method. The gradient elution was performed on a C18-ODS column with methanol-1% glacial acetic acid as the mobile phase. The ferulic acid and the gastrodine were detected. The detection wavelengths were 323 nm and 270 nm, and the column temperature was 25°C. The results showed that the ferulic acid had a good linearity in the range of 0.09-0.9μg (r=0.9999), and there was a good linear relationship in the range of 0.85-8.5μg (r=0.9999). The measured results were as follows: The acid content was 3.72 mg.g-1, and the gastrodine content was 4.28 mg.g0-1. In this experiment, two landmark components in Compound Tianma Dripping Pills were measured at 30m in one time, which is simple, rapid, and reliable.
