构建“自主课堂”既是培养学生自主学习能力的重要手段,又是英语教学的终极目标之一。要创建自主课堂,首先就必须了解和满足学生的各种正当需求。这些需求包括情绪安全感、趣味性(生动而贴近生活实际的课堂学习内容)、自信心(感到有竞争力)、归属感(相互联系的感觉)、权力(自我调控、自我接纳)和自由(抉择权、自治权)。教师要想成功地创建积极课堂环境,成功地培养学生自主学习,就必须竭尽全力去满足学生的正当需求,这是以人为本的教育理念在课堂教学中的必然反映。
Constructing “autonomous classroom” is not only an important means of cultivating students’ autonomous learning ability, but also one of the ultimate goals of English teaching. To create an autonomous classroom, one must first understand and satisfy the legitimate needs of the student. These needs include emotional security, fun (vivid and close to the actual classroom learning content), self-confidence (feel competitive), sense of belonging (feeling of connection), power (self-regulation, self-acceptance) and freedom Right to choose, autonomy). In order to successfully create a positive classroom environment and successfully cultivate students’ autonomous learning, teachers must make every effort to meet the legitimate needs of students. This is the inevitable reflection of the people-centered education concept in classroom teaching.
