目的:研究黄瓜香水提物对大鼠亚急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:将48只SD大鼠随机分为6组,即空白组,模型组,对照组及药物治疗组(高、中、低剂量治疗组)。采用四氯化碳加乙醇复制亚急性肝损伤模型,以血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及肝匀浆中的丙二醛(MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量为指标,观察黄瓜香水提物对大鼠亚急性肝损伤的保护作用。结果:与模型组比较,黄瓜香水提物高、中、低剂量治疗组ALT、AST、ALP及MDA含量均明显降低(P<0.05),SOD活性明显升高(P<0.05);但与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:黄瓜香水提物对大鼠亚急性肝损伤具有保护作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of the extract of cucumber perfume on subacute liver injury in rats. Methods: Forty-eight SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: blank group, model group, control group and drug treatment group (high, medium and low dose treatment group). Subacute hepatic injury was induced by carbon tetrachloride and ethanol. Serum levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and liver homogenate Aldehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were used as indexes to observe the protective effect of the extract from cucumber on subacute liver injury in rats. Results: Compared with the model group, the contents of ALT, AST, ALP and MDA of the cucumber perfume extract group were significantly decreased (P <0.05) and the SOD activity was significantly increased (P <0.05) compared with the control group There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The extract of cucumber perfume has protective effect on subacute liver injury in rats.
