又是一年春来到,俗话说一年之计在于春,但开学几天,在与学生交流中,发现孩子们学习不是太积极,所以我就对学生们进行了思想教育,学生积极性有好的转变。针对学生们的自主学习积极性差的现象,我认为老师在平日的教学中还要多注意以下几点。一、课堂上,要及时发现学生的学习状态,要采取多种方式鼓励学生学习的积极性。讲完新课我没处理化学助学,上课时我问了几个学生需要讲吗?学生反应不太积极,找几个题目让学生做,但又有不少学生不太会。不会也不问,我如果讲新课,这个题目就会被作为难题搁置了。从中可以看出学生们的学习态度出问题,不积极主动地问老师,也不问同学。所以我又讲解
