目的:观察杞椇饮乙醇提取物(EEQY)对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:昆明种小鼠随机分为EE-ZY75、150、300mg/kg组,益肝灵70mg/kg组和模型组,给药的同时,灌胃56度白酒12mL/kg,连续30天。以血清中谷氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的水平作为指标,观察EEZY物对酒精性肝损伤的保护作用。结果:EEZY150、300mg/kg组小鼠血清ALT、AST和MDA水平明显低于模型组(P<0.05~0.01);GSH和SOD的水平明显高于模型组(P<0.05~0.01)。结论:EEZY对酒精性肝功能损伤有显著的保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the protective effect of ethanol extract from wolfberry drink (EEQY) on alcoholic liver injury in mice. Methods: Kunming mice were randomly divided into EE-ZY75, 150, 300mg/kg group, Yiganling 70mg/kg group and model group. At the same time of administration, the rats were intragastrically administrated 56mL white wine 12mL/kg for 30 days. The serum levels of glutamate aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione (GSH), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were used as indicators. , To observe the protective effect of EEZY on alcoholic liver injury. Results: The levels of serum ALT, AST and MDA in EEZY150 and 300mg/kg mice were significantly lower than those in the model group (P<0.05~0.01); the levels of GSH and SOD were significantly higher than those in the model group (P<0.05~0.01). Conclusion: EEZY has a significant protective effect on alcoholic liver injury.
