γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)是中枢神经系统中一种主要的抑制性神经递质,具有抗伤害性作用,和增强吗啡的镇痛作用,临床上有人用GABA来治疗痛性癫痫。因此,GABA很可能也参与对大脑皮层慢痛反应的调制过程。本文以C类纤维传入引起的体感皮层诱发电位(C-CEP)作为慢痛反应指标,分别观察侧脑室注射GABA和它的受体阻断剂荷包牡丹硷(BCL)对C-CEP的影响,以便为临床应用GABA治疗中枢性慢性疼痛反应提供理论依据。
γ-Aminobutyric acid (GABA) is a major inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system. It has antinociceptive effects and enhances the analgesic effect of morphine. GABA has been used clinically to treat painful epilepsy. Therefore, it is likely that GABA is also involved in the modulation of slow-onset pain response in the cerebral cortex. In this paper, C-CEP was used as an index of slow pain response induced by afferent fibers of C fibers. The effects of intracerebroventricular injection of GABA and its receptor blocker bicuculline (BCL) on C-CEP were observed In order to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of GABA in the treatment of central chronic pain reaction.
