[目的 ]检验工作能力指数表中文版的信度和效度。 [方法 ]对 5 2 13名不同职业人群进行WAI调查 ,并对其中 36名职业人员进行了重复调查。使用重测信度、分半信度的方法进行信度检验 ;WAI调查表中各条目间的一致性检验及职业人群不同背景资料与WAI的关系进行效度检验。 [结果 ]信度检验表明 ,重复调查的WAI得分组内相关系数为 0 .84;分半信度具有显著的统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。效度检验表明 ,各条目间的一致性较好。 [结论 ]WAI表中文版具有较好的信度和效度。
[Objective] To verify the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Workability Index. [Methods] A WAI survey was conducted on 5213 different occupational groups and 36 of them were repeatedly surveyed. Reliability test was carried out using semi-reliability test and semi-reliability test. The consistency test of each item in WAI questionnaire and the relationship between different background data and WAI in occupational population were tested. [Results] The reliability test showed that the correlation coefficient between WAI scores of repeated surveys was 0.84. Semi-reliability was statistically significant (P <0.01). Validity test shows that the consistency between the entries is better. [Conclusion] The Chinese version of WAI table has good reliability and validity.
