目的了解北京市房山区突发公共卫生事件的发生情况,为制定防制对策和措施提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对北京市房山区2009—2013年突发公共卫生事件资料进行统计分析。结果 2009—2013年该区共上报突发公共卫生事件21起,发病210人,死亡3人;其中,传染病突发事件占全部事件的85.7%(18/21),食物中毒突发事件占14.3%(3/21);有62.4%(131/210)的病例发生在学校;病例职业以学生和农民工为主。结论突发公共卫生事件多发生在学校,学生是主要的发病人群;解决与应对突发公共卫生事件需要多部门之间的多方位参与、互相协调与积极配合。
Objective To understand the occurrence of public health emergencies in Fangshan District of Beijing and to provide scientific basis for making prevention and control measures and measures. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the data of public health emergencies from 2009 to 2013 in Fangshan District of Beijing. Results A total of 21 public health emergencies were reported in the district from 2009 to 2013, with 210 cases of morbidity and 3 deaths. Incidents of infectious diseases accounted for 85.7% (18/21) of all the incidents and incidents of food poisoning accounted for 14.3% (3/21); 62.4% (131/210) of the cases occurred in schools; the cases were dominated by students and migrant workers. Conclusions Emergencies of public health emerge mostly in schools and students are the main affected persons. To solve and respond to emergent public health emergencies requires multi-sectoral multi-faceted participation, coordination and active cooperation.
