笔者针对如何加强人才队伍建设促进国际工程发展,结合中国水利水电第十三工程局有限公司的实际情况阐述了自己的观点:在国外项目班子配备上要注意新老搭配;在国际工程人才选拔使用方面要敢于打破常规;抓好国际工程骨干人员的继续教育;完善国际工程人员选聘任用机制;努力营造栓心留人的良好环境;国内、国外两个市场管理模式要互相促进、互相借鉴、互相完善,实现人才资源共享。
According to how to strengthen the construction of talent team and promote the development of international engineering, the author elaborates his point of view based on the actual situation of China Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering Bureau Thirteenth Engineering Co., Ltd. We should dare to break the routine; do a good job in continuing education of key personnel in international engineering; improve the selection and appointment mechanism for international engineering personnel; make every effort to create a good environment for the retention of a bolt; the two domestic and foreign market management models should promote each other, learn from each other, Mutual improvement, to achieve human resources sharing.
