装配式公路钢桥在国防交通应急保障和抢险救灾中发挥着重要作用。但这类钢桥一直是人工拼装架设,由于桥件数量多,其主要构件既大又重,架桥的劳动强度大,速度慢,安全性差。浙江省公路管理局、浙江省交通战备办公室、上海通海工索具厂有限公司和台州市公路管理处等4家单位组成课题组,利用装载机等常用公路工程机械,开发研制了装配式公路钢桥成套机械化架设及集装化吊运机具,不仅解决了如何用机械替代人工架桥的问题,而且能大大减少架桥人员,减轻劳动强度,提高架桥速度。经专家鉴定,该研究成果达到国内领先水平,具有显著的社会效益、经济效益和国防效益,应用推广前景广阔。
The prefabricated highway steel bridge plays an important role in national defense traffic emergency support and disaster relief. However, such steel bridges have been erected by hand. Zhejiang Provincial Highway Administration, Zhejiang Provincial Traffic Warfare Office, Shanghai Tonghai Labor Rigging Co., Ltd. and Taizhou Highway Management Office and other 4 units, which made use of the common highway construction machinery such as loaders to develop the prefabricated highway steel Complete sets of mechanical bridge erection and handling of lifting equipment, not only how to solve the problem of using mechanical replacement of artificial bridges, but also greatly reduce the bridging personnel, reduce labor intensity and improve bridging speed. The expert appraisal, the research results reached the leading domestic level, with significant social, economic and national defense benefits, application and promotion of broad prospects.
